PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an appropriate error screen which is easy for a user to understand at the display part of electronic equipment in accordance with an error which has occurred.SOLUTION: Electronic equipment 10 includes: a display part 100: a browser 200; a request transmission/reception part 300; and a data storage part 400. The browser acquires information from an external device 20, and displays the information at the display part. The request transmission/reception part transmits a request from the browser to the external device, and receives a response to the request from the external device, and provides it to the browser. Also, the request transmission/reception part determines whether or not an error has occurred between the request transmission/reception part and the external device, and when determining that the error has occurred, acquires an error message from a data storage part, and provides it to the browser. |
