PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which can process image data so as to be recognized easily by a color vision deficiency person, without changing the color when an image including a plurality of colors is not recognized correctly by a color vision deficiency person.SOLUTION: A determination unit 12 determines whether or not a color vision deficiency person can distinguish a first color and a second color, in the image data for forming an image including a first color and a second color, based on the image data. When the determination unit 12 determines that the first color and second color cannot be distinguished, a lightness difference dither addition unit 13 adds a lightness difference dither, mixing multiple levels of lightness, to any one of the first or second color. |
