PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition such as cement practically not generating strength degradation and having specific cerium content.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic composition of which strength degradation is inhibited by adjusting the cerium included dose at 0.03 to 0.10 wt.% in proportional weight in terms of oxide, and for example having a hydraulic modulus (HM) of clinker of 2.0 to 2.2, silica modulus (SM) of 2.3 to 2.8, iron modulus (IM) of 1.9 to 2.1, an amount of sulfur trioxide of 0.5 to 1.5 wt.%, an amount of free lime of 0.5 to 1.0 wt.%, and proportional weight of cerium in terms of oxide of 0.03 to 0.10 wt.% in normal Portland cement having an amount of sulfur trioxide in the cement of 1.5 to 3.0 wt.%. |
