PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively detect an abnormality of a device and the like, on the basis of travel sound of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An abnormal sound detection device 10 can easily and inexpensively detect an abnormal sound generated by abnormality of various devices and the like mounted on a railway vehicle 20, on the basis of travel sound of the railway vehicle. Namely, it is determined whether or not an abnormal sound is contained in travel sound by carrying out 1/4 octave band analysis for the travel sound, generating a feature vector having as an element sound pressure which has been subjected to moving average processing at a prescribed average time Ts for each frequency band (octave band), and then comparing the generated feature vector to a feature vector of travel sound at normal time by using one class support vector machine. |
