The invention provides a mounting structure of a transmission capable of suppressing the weight increment of a transmission shell when a middle part of an input shaft is supported. The transmission (1) has: the transmission shell (80) having a loading mounting part (103) mounted on a vehicle frame (101) through a loading mechanism (102); and the input shaft (2) which rotates in the transmission shell through a driving force from an engine; and a plurality of transmission assemblies (20-1 - 20-6) housed in the transmission shell and transmitting the rotation of the input shaft to an output shaft (3). The input shaft is supported on the transmission shell in a free rotatable manner through a first bearing (91) and a second bearing (92) which respectively support both shaft ends and a third bearing (93) which supports the middle part. At least one transmission assembly is respectively arranged between the first bearing and the third bearing as well as between the second bearing and the third bearing. The loading mounting part is configured to be overlapped with the third bearing in the axial direction of the input shaft. |
