PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid formulation capable of restraining effectively caking (solidification) and discoloration, even when using a hygroscopic natural medicine extract or Chinese medicine extract.SOLUTION: The solid formulation (pharmaceutical composition) is obtained by adsorbing the natural medicine extract or the Chinese medicine extract (soft extract containing 20-40 mass% of moisture content) into an adsorbent constituted of the first adsorbent (calcium silicate or the like) having 4-6 ml/g of adsorbability, and the second adsorbent (light silicic anhydride or the like) having adsorbability of 2 ml/g or more and less than 4 ml/g. The solid formulation (pharmaceutical composition) can prevent the caking (solidification), and coloring or the discoloration, even when a content of the component derived from a natural medicine is high. The solid formulation may contain further an antipyretic analgesic, and may contain also at least one selected from the group comprising a binder, an excipient, a disintegration agent and a flavoring agent. |
