PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality monitoring device which can determine behavior abnormality with a simple constitution without being affected by external light entering image acquisition means from a window.SOLUTION: Determination permission means 5D outputs a determination prohibition signal in a case where a window 2E of a car faces a window 2G of a landing on the basis of position information of car position detection means 3, and does not output the determination prohibition signal in a case where the window 2E does not face the window 2G. Abnormality determination means 5B does not determine behavior abnormality in a case where the determination prohibition signal is output and determines behavior abnormality in a case where the determination prohibition signal is not output. |
