PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional vehicle fixing device for a chassis dynamometer, attachment to a pit floor surface and removal from the pit floor surface are troublesome.SOLUTION: A vehicle fixing device 11 includes: a chain 6 whose one end has a hook 5 engaged with a test vehicle 2; a prop 12 which is attached on a pit floor surface 7 and draws the chain 6 on the pit floor surface 7; a rising/lowering drive mechanism 14 for rising/lowering the prop 12; and a chain winding mechanism 16 for winding up the chain 6. The prop 12 is attached on a lower surface of the pit floor surface 7. The chain winding mechanism 16 includes a torque meter 46 for detecting tension of the chain 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
