PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rustproof cap for a rock bolt in which a rustproof material is surely spreaded in a head of the rock bolt and is made not to be peeled off from the head of the rock bolt even when the rock bolt is fastened by a nut, and a rust preventing method for the head of the rock bolt.SOLUTION: A rustproof cap 1 for a rock bolt is cylindrical and covers a head of a rock bolt embedded in a rock mass and protruding from a surface thereof, and a tip of the rustproof cap is blocked. The rustproof cap 1 is formed in a double structure consisting of an outside film 11 and an inside film 12 more easily breakable at least than the outside film 11, and sealed space parts 1a-1e are formed between the outside film 11 and the inside film 12 and bonded and partitioned at a proper interval. A rustproof material 7 is filled in all of the sealed space parts 1a-1e or at least in the sealed space parts 1a and 1c corresponding to screw node surfaces formed on the peripheral surface o the rock bolt among the sealed space parts 1a-1e. |
