PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a deterioration factor in the case where quality deterioration is detected, by collecting communication quality information and attribute information of each terminal and simultaneously observing a communication quality status.SOLUTION: Observation data are collected which are formed from communication quality information (y) of each terminal and attribute information (x) relating to communication. An aggregate of sets (x→,y) of (y) and x→ is defined as an aggregate S. The set (x→,y) of quality of which the communication quality information (y) is in a normal status and the attribute is extracted and an aggregate of such sets is defined as an aggregate So. While using the aggregate So, a relational expression y=f(x→) of the quality (y) in the normal status and the attribute x→ is estimated. In the case where observation data (x→,y) in a deteriorated status are present in the aggregate S, other observation data observed in the same timing are extracted and an aggregate of such observation data is defined as St. Normal status quality is estimated by (x→) and while using the communication quality information (y) and f(x→), a quality deterioration increment y' is calculated with respect to each of data items belonging to the aggregate St. While using the aggregate of sets of (x→,y') obtained by these procedures, the quality deterioration increment caused by each attribute is estimated. |
