PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable the driver of a vehicle traveling on the opposite lane to view a traffic accident scene so as to avoid looking-aside congestion on the road in a case of the traffic accident etc.SOLUTION: A shading screen device includes: a laser beam emission part 2 which includes a plurality of laser beam emission elements 1 and has the laser beam emission elements arrayed linearly at predetermined intervals so that emitted laser beams are parallel with one another and form a screen-like plane 4; a power supply part 3 which supplies electric power to the laser beam emission part; and laser beam scattering means 5 of supplying a light scattering substance along the screen-like plane so as to scatter the laser beams. |
