A method for diagnosing a pancreatic disease according to the present invention can determine the occurrence of a pancreatic disease in an IPMN patient, and comprises a first step of measuring the concentration of S100P in duodenal juice from the IPMN patient and a second step of determining the degree of malignancy of IPMN and/or the occurrence of pancreatic cancer in the IPMN patient on the basis whether the concentration of S100P is equal to or higher than a predetermined cut-off value or not. |
