PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit capable of easily adjusting a tilt between an imaging element and a lens barrel and to provide an imaging apparatus including the lens unit.SOLUTION: A lens unit 20 is a lens unit configured by screwing an element-attaching plate to a lens barrel, in such a state that a thin-plate ring-like shim 50 is held between the lens barrel 30 where an imaging window 33 through which an optical axis passes is opened and the element-attaching plate 77 having an imaging element attached to one surface of the element-attaching plate 77. The lens barrel includes a shim-attaching part 40 comprising a pedestal 41 protrusively provided from the circumferential edge of the imaging window toward the element-attaching plate and a shaft part 44 protrusively provided from the pedestal toward the element-attaching plate. The shaft part of the shim-attaching part is inserted through the hole 54 of the shim. The shaft part is inserted through the hole of the element-attaching plate in such a state that the shim is in contact with the pedestal. The element-attaching plate is brought into contact with the shim. The element-attaching plate is screwed to a unit-attaching surface. |
