PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting metal lumpy body which makes precise measuring upon injection molding, oxidation prevention due to heating, burr production prevention and the like after injection molding possible and makes severe and elaborate temperature control of semi-solidified slurry unnecessary by molding uniform semi-solidified slurry based on fine semi-solidified structure into a spherical form and projecting the spherical form.SOLUTION: A casting metal lumpy body is produced by molding and solidifying uniform semi-solidified slurry based on fine semi-solidified structure made of alloy containing at least two kinds of elements into a spherical casting lump 1 of a desirable diameter and weight. An average sphere diameter R of the casting lump 1 is 36 to 58 mm and has a spherical form, the total is formed with a nucleus 2 which gets to origin of the metal structure including a primary structure (dendrite) which is uniform and fine, and the alloy is any of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy and iron alloy. |
