摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a laminate core type stator iron core D capable of securing high quality and high strength.SOLUTION: In a belt-like core sheet 10, a coupling part D2 for coupling adjacent segment iron core pieces D1 is formed into a U-shape in a radial direction by three grooves, a pair of outer cutting grooves 14 and an inner cutting groove 15 provided between the outer cutting grooves, so as to increase effective length of a deformation region during bending the coupling part D2 itself. Thereby, an average bending distortion of the coupling part D2 can be reduced to form a stator iron core D with high quality. Also, by positively adopting a diameter-reduction step, and substantially eliminating each of the outer cutting grooves 14 and the inner cutting groove 15 (making them into close contact with each other), a high magnetic characteristic and high strength can be secured. Also, the grooves 14, 15 can be manufactured simultaneously with the manufacture of the core sheet, thereby manufactured economically.
