PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter capable of enclosing a fluid in a fluid pressure expansion chamber even if the outer peripheral surface of a female coupler of a fluid pressure coupler is pressed against the fluid enclosing passage side of the inner peripheral surface of a coupler socket.SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 3 of a torque limiter 1 includes a hydraulic pressure expansion chamber 33 filled with oil by a hydraulic pressure coupler 10, a coupler socket 35 to which the hydraulic pressure coupler 10 is connected, and an oil enclosing passage 36 allowing the inner peripheral surface of the coupler socket 35 to communicate with the hydraulic pressure expansion chamber 33. A female coupler 11 of the hydraulic pressure coupler 10 includes an inside connection part 13 and an outside connection part 14. An annular gap S1 for guiding oil to the oil enclosing passage 36 is formed between both connection parts 13, 14. A groove (communication structure) 13e allowing the gap S1 to communicate with the oil enclosing passage 36 is formed on the outer periphery of the inside connection part 13 extendedly in the circumferential direction while the outer peripheral surface 13d thereof is pressed against the opening edge 36a of the oil enclosing passage 36 on the inner peripheral surface of the coupler socket 35. |
