Provided is a near-infrared-absorbing composition with which it is possible to form a cured film with outstanding heat-resistance, wile maintaining high near-infrared shielding properties. Also provided are: a near-infrared cut-off filter using same, and a method for producing said cut-off filter; and a camera module and a method for producing same. The near-infrared-absorbing composition contains a compound obtained by reacting a copper component with a polymer (A1) having an aromatic hydrocarbon group and/or an aromatic heterocyclic group in the main chain thereof, and an acid group or a salt thereof. |
