PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discomfort due to changing illumination, while achieving power saving.SOLUTION: An illumination control device for controlling illumination apparatus installed in a control target region includes a detection unit for detecting an illumination apparatus, the light control level of which is changed based on the position of a person in a control target region, that is specified based on the detection data of an acceleration sensor, an angular speed sensor and a geomagnetism sensor possessed by a person, and a light control unit for changing the light control level of an illumination apparatus thus detected smoothly from the current level to a target level within a set light control time. |
