In an image encoding device, an image analysis device, an image encoding method, and an image analysis method according to the present invention, encoded texture data in which an image is encoded and encoded additional information data in which additional information including information that is required for the analysis of image data is encoded are multiplexed in encoded data that is output when the image encoding device performs encoding, and the image analysis device separates the encoded additional information data from the encoded data, decodes the encoded additional information data, and analyzes the additional information so that image analysis is performed without decoding the encoded texture data.
