1. An apparatus for loading, handling, and transporting waste containers, comprising:
a vehicle having a main frame; and a container handler, the container handler comprising:
a pivot assembly having a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end pivotably coupled with the vehicle main frame;a main jib assembly comprising a first arm assembly connected to a second arm assembly, the second arm assembly in sliding engagement with the pivot assembly proximal end;a first fluid cylinder coupled between the second arm assembly and the pivot assembly and operative to move the main jib assembly relative to the pivot assembly between an extended position and a retracted position;a carriage assembly pivotably coupled with the first arm assembly;a second fluid cylinder coupled between the first arm assembly and the carriage assembly and operative to pivot the carriage assembly relative to the first arm assembly; anda third fluid cylinder coupled between the first arm assembly and the second arm assembly and operative to move the first arm assembly and carriage assembly relative to the second arm assembly between an extended position and a retracted position.
