In a first phase, 150 grams of Canary balm and 1000 grams of water are mixed such that the composition comprises, in terms of weight, 87% water and 13% Cedronella canariensis (Canary balm), said mixture being brought to the boil until it reaches a temperature of at least 100°C, and left to boil for five minutes.
