INSULATION PROFILE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEILINGS AND WALLS

Novelty: an insulation profile designed for the construction of ceilings and walls is disclosed. Constitution: the external section of galvanized metal 1 being especially-configurated in the desired shape via a profiler (shaper), the internal polyester section 3 and an insulation material (polyurethane and mineral wool) set between said sections. All three materials are produced in a continuous production line and pressed and roasted at adequate temperature before their being cut in the desired dimensions.
