The device has an inlet (3) for inputting a fluid mixture of two not mixable fluid fractions into an emulsifying chamber (1) at an end region (2). An outlet (5) outputs the fluid mixture from the chamber at another end region (4), where the chamber comprises a symmetrical cross-section around a symmetry axis (6) between the end regions. The outlet and the inlet tangentially open-out into a flow direction or in an acute angle to an immediately surrounding pipe wall region in the chamber. The inlet and the outlet are arranged in planes provided as fluid guides by stacked films.
