摘要 Metrics may be used by user equipment (UE) to steer traffic through different access networks or to provide access network mobility decisions. For example, in one implementation, a UE may determine metrics relating to network conditions associated with at least a non-cellular access network. The metrics may include receive a first value relating to channel utilization of a link between the UE and a WLAN; and a second value relating to a data rate of a link between the WLAN and a WAN.
