The purpose of the present invention is to find novel uses for isopropyl (6-{[4-(pyrazol-1-yl)benzyl](pyridin-3-ylsulfonyl)aminomethyl}pyridin-2-ylamino)acetate or salts thereof. Isopropyl (6-{[4-(pyrazol-1-yl)benzyl](pyridin-3-ylsulfonyl)aminomethyl}pyridin-2-ylamino)acetate or salts thereof are useful as therapeutic agents for diseases associated with severely elevated intraocular pressure.
