One of the center formers (15, 16) has a pair of former plates (15a, 15b) that overlap in the direction of the circumference of a multipole armature (1), and the center-former movement mechanism (17) is configured so as to be capable of shifting the pair of former plates (15a, 15b) in the radial direction of the multipole armature (1).
