Provided are a cell culture vessel, a cell culture apparatus and a separation/collection method, whereby it becomes possible to improve the quality of cultured cells and to ease a complicated subculturing operation. Cells are cultured using a cell culture vessel provided with a separation/collection membrane 10 to separate and collect the cells efficiently, wherein the separation/collection membrane 10 is provided with a support 1 and a thin film 2 which is fixed on the support 1, and which has both a temperature-responsive part and a pH-responsive part, and which contains a pH- and temperature-responsive polymer that can change the hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity thereof depending on a temperature or a pH value. |
