A display panel (72) comprising a source/drain layer (11), a first insulating layer (12) formed on the source/drain layer (11), a second insulating layer (13) formed on the first insulating layer (12) and the source/drain layer (11), and a transparent electrode layer (14) formed on the second insulating layer (13). The first insulating layer (12) has a first through-hole (H1), the second insulating layer (13) has a second through-hole (H2), second through-hole (H2) is disposed in the first through-hole (H1), and part of an inner wall (131) of the second through-hole (H2) is aligned with an inner wall (121) of the first through-hole (H1). The transparent electrode layer (14) is electrically connected to source/drain layer (11) through the second through-hole (H2). The invention can increase a pixel aperture ratio while not affecting an electrical connection between electrodes. |
