The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate mixing of a raw material slurry with a sulfuric acid during a high-pressure acid leaching process in order to reduce a management value of a discharged free fluoric acid concentration. This autoclave apparatus (100) is to be used during a high-pressure acid leaching process wherein the leaching progresses by agitating a raw material slurry and a fluoric acid, which have been heated and pressurized, by using agitators (30A, 30B, … 30G) that are installed inside multiple compartments (20A, 20B, … 20G) of an autoclave body (110), which has been compartmentalized with partitions (10A, 10B, … 10F), and the slurry is transferred from upstream compartments to downstream compartments so that the leaching progresses in sequence. The partitions (10A, 10B, … 10F) are respectively provided with a slurry transfer flow port (52A, 52B, … 52F) that can be opened/closed by means of a slurry transfer flow port door. The slurry transfer flow ports (52A, 52B, … 52F) are positioned such that the heights between the lowest part of the autoclave and the centroids of the slurry transfer flow port doors are 0.1 - 0.3 times the diameter of the autoclave and the distances between central lines of the partitions and the centroids of the slurry transfer flow port doors are 0.05 - 0.25 times the diameter of the autoclave, and are shaped so as not to reach an edge of any partition. |
