The purpose of the present invention is to provide a blade manufacturing method for a wind turbine which, even if damaged, is not prone to causing secondary accidents. This method involves: a step for forming a wind turbine blade 1 from a foamed synthetic resin material; a step for forming partial blade members 3 by dividing the finished foamed synthetic resin blade starting body 2 vertically and horizontally as desired; a step for forming an adhesive layer 5 on the cut surfaces 4 of the partial blade members 3 and bonding said partial members into the finished shape to form a bonded blade starting body 6; and a step for integrally forming a flexible composite resin surface layer 7 on the surface of the bonded blade starting body 6. |
