This chromoscopy device (1) is provided with an illumination unit (4) for irradiating an illumination light on a sample (O) stained by three or more pigments, an image-pickup unit (5) for photographing transmitted light in the sample (O) from the illumination light irradiated by the illumination unit (4) to acquire an image signal, a narrow-band light generation unit (3) disposed in the illumination unit (4) or image-pickup unit (5) and that switches light of a plurality of differing narrow bans contained in two or more differing wavelength bands, and an image-processing unit (6) for determining the existence ratio of pigments by an unmixing process using four or more image signals acquired by narrow-band light generated by the narrow-band light generation unit (3) being photographed by the image-pickup unit (5). |
