Provided are a haptic presentation device and the like that can present, by haptic feedback, information to be presented to a pedestrian who is to receive the presentation while reducing energy consumption. A haptic presentation device 1 comprises: a sensor 2 that detects a walking state; an identification unit 3 that identifies, on the basis of the detection results of the sensor 2, the walking state of a subject pedestrian; an actuator 5 that presents the haptic feedback; and a control unit 4 that controls so that the actuator 5 is driven on the basis of the state indicated by the walking state. |
