A method for processing a parallel magnetic resonance image, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: (a) a step of obtaining data on a plurality of frames by sampling source signals obtained from a subject to be inspected through a receiver coil; (b) a step of estimating spatiotemporal kernel vectors for data on each of the frames based on noise data of the receiver coil and the entire data on the plurality of frames, by considering the degree of mismatch between spatiotemporal kernel vectors for data on temporally adjacent frames; (c) a step of recovering an unobtained source signal using the estimated spatiotemporal kernel vectors; and (d) generating an image based on the data on the plurality of frames and the recovered unobtained source signal.
