A panoramic video encoding method according to the present invention comprises: dividing an input image into a plurality of segments; determining whether each of the plurality of divided segments corresponds to a warped region; dewarping the segments corresponding to the warped region on the basis of the panoramic format of the input image; and encoding the dewarped segments.
