The present invention provides: a polymerizable composition including at least two types of polymerizable compounds represented by formula (I) (in the formula, A represents a phenylene group or a trans-1,4-cyclohexylene group, L represents –OC(=O)-, -OC(=O)O-, or the like, m represents 3 to 12, Sp1 and Sp2 represent linking groups or the like, and Q1 and Q2 represent polymerizable groups or the like), mc being mutually different for the two types of polymerizable compounds, where mc is the number obtained by dividing the number of trans-1,4-cyclohexylene groups by m, and at least one of the two types of polymerizable compounds satisfying the expression 0.5 < mc; and a polymerizable compound in which m in formula (I) is 6 to 12. Through use of the polymerizable compound, it is possible to provide a low-birefringence phase difference membrane or a reflective membrane or other film having a highly selective reflection wavelength region. |
