A washing machine is provided with: an outer box; a water tank disposed inside the outer box; a rotation tank rotatably disposed inside the water tank, the rotation tank accommodating washing items; and a water supply nozzle (6) for supplying water inside the rotation tank. The water supply nozzle (6) has: a nozzle body (60) inside which water flows; a swirling element (90) disposed inside the nozzle body (60) through which water passes, generating a swirling current; and a cap (100) attached to the end of the nozzle body (60) on the downstream side. At the end of the cap (100) on the side opposite from the nozzle body (60) side are provided: a spray opening (101) for spraying water from the nozzle body (60) side; and a wide-range spray structure (102A, 102B) for widening the spray angle of the water sprayed from the spray opening (101). |
