The method comprises: during or after the communication between a first terminal and a second terminal, a server side acquiring first voiceprint information about a user of the second terminal, and acquiring identity information regarding the first voiceprint information which is sent by the first terminal; and the server side creating or updating voiceprint credit information corresponding to the first voiceprint information according to the first voiceprint information and the identity information.
