An array panel and display device. The array panel is divided into a display area and a non-display area. The non-display area is provided with a first thin-film transistor. The display area is provided with a second thin-film transistor. A first active layer (14) of the first thin-film transistor is configured to form a first track (15) at an area corresponding to an area between a first source (12) and a first drain (13). A second active layer (24) of the second thin-film transistor is configured to form a second track (25) at an area corresponding to an area between a second source (22) and a second drain (23). The first track (15) comprises at least one first bent portion, and the second track (25) comprises at least one second bent portion. The first bent portion and the second bent portion are bent in a same angle or form conjugate angles of each other. At least parts of the bent portions of the tracks on the non-display area and the display area of the array panel are identical in shape, thereby providing identical exposure performance to the track areas between the sources and drains, and increasing display performance.
