The present invention relates to an assembly for supporting a backpack, the support being characterized by comprising: a backpack bracing/supporting unit connected to a backpack, for supporting the bottom surface and the rear surface of the backpack; and a curvature-maintenance guidance unit disposed at the front of the backpack bracing/supporting unit, formed in a shape corresponding to kyphosis formed by the thoracic region of a user wearing the backpack and lordosis formed by the lumbar region of the user, and facing the back of the user, so as to guide the kyphosis and the lordosis of the user to be maintained. The assembly enables lordosis of the lumbar region to be properly formed for a user wearing the backpack by using force applied to the lumbar region of the user according to the weight of the backpack holding its contents.
