When the chiller (100) is started up a power supply circuit of the circulation pump (300) is turned on, after which, when a control device (140) does not receive within a prescribed period of time a prescribed signal (for example, an 'on' signal for a flow switch (411)) indicating that the circulating liquid circuit (200) is operating normally, the power supply circuit of the circulation pump (300) is turned off and the startup of a compressor (10) in the refrigeration circuit (110) is stopped. |
