The invention relates to a device (104) for closing a supply air passage (106) of a radiator (112) located in the engine compartment (110) at the front of a motor vehicle (102), said device including: a movable panel (116) for sealing the passage (106); a movable grate (118) capable of being positioned in the passage (106); and a guiding system (120) for concomitantly controlling the movements of the panel and the grate, the grate (118) being rigidly connected to the panel (116). The invention also relates to a motor vehicle (102) which includes an engine compartment (110), a radiator (112), and an air supply (114) having an air passage (106) and at least one such closing device (104).
