Provided is a device for preventing rail buckling and movement, said device having a structure in which a member sandwiching the top surface and bottom surface of a crosstie is fastened by a tightening tool, wherein even if the crosstie is trapezoidal in transverse cross section, the fastening force concentrates along the inclined faces of the trapezoid. This safety device 1 for preventing rail buckling and movement is characterized by comprising a lower-half securing member 100 provided with lower linking parts 110·120, an upper-half securing member 200 provided with upper linking parts 210·220, and securing tools 10·20 for fastening together the upper linking parts 210·220 and the lower linking parts 110·120, the securing tools 10·20 being tightened so that the longitudinal directions of the securing tools 10·20 are parallel to the inclined faces of the crosstie trapezoid. |
