Provided are a pretreatment device in which a reagent 28e sucked into a reagent addition nozzle 26 is not liable to attenuation, and an analysis system provided with the pretreatment device. In a state in which the reagent addition nozzle 26 is filled with water 28a, a suction treatment unit performs a treatment in which, after air 28b is sucked into the reagent addition nozzle 26, a mixture-preventing liquid 28c is sucked into the reagent addition nozzle 26, air 28d is again sucked into the reagent addition nozzle 26, and the reagent 28e is sucked into the reagent addition nozzle 26. After the treatment performed by the suction treatment unit, a discharge treatment unit performs a treatment in which, the reagent 28e inside the reagent addition nozzle 26 is discharged and added to a sample. |
