A stator used for a motor, the motor and a ventilation cooling method for the motor. The at least two wedge blocks (41-48) are distributed on the concentrated windings (11, 12, 13) in a staggered manner to form a first ventilation path. Therefore, the concentrated windings (11, 12, 13) can be cooled effectively, the concentrated windings (11, 12, 13) are effectively constrained in the circumferential direction by means of the at least two wedge blocks (41-48), the service life of the motor is further prolonged, and the reliability of the motor is improved. |
