Provided is a wave power generation device that can easily be attached to and removed from a wave-absorbing block. This wave power generation device is secured by mounting a securing floor member (30) to a wave-absorbing block (10). Multiple slit-shaped first front openings (11A) extending in the vertical direction and communicating with the outside and with a first wave-absorbing space (R1) formed in the interior of the wave-absorbing block (10) are formed in a front wall part (11) of the wave-absorbing block (10). An upper opening (19A) opening from the first wave-absorbing space (R1) is formed in an upper wall part (19) of the wave-absorbing block (10). Water wheels (40) of the wave power generation device are inserted into the first wave-absorbing space (R1) from the upper opening (19A) of the wave-absorbing block (10), and shaft parts (41) are rotatably attached, penetrating the securing floor member (30). Power generation devices (50) of the wave power generation device are attached to the top of the securing floor member (30), and generate electricity as the water wheels (40) rotate.
