A flapping mold for metals comprises an upper mold plate (1) and a stripper plate (2) that are used for clamping a product (5) to be processed, and also comprises a bending punch (3) used for bending the product (5) to be processed. The bending punch (3) is provided with an L-shaped bending notch (31). The upper mold plate (1) is located above the stripper plate (2) and is tightly attached to a vertical surface of the bending notch (31). A raised block (32) is disposed on a transverse plane of the bending notch (31). One end of the raised block (32) close to the bent position of the bending notch (31) is a slope in cooperation with the product (5) to be processed. A raised block provided with a slope in cooperation with the product to be processed is arranged; when a flapping working procedure is performed on a product, burrs generated due to friction between the edge of the product and the bending punch is flapped by the raised block, and accordingly the burrs are effectively removed and manual costs of reprocessing are reduced, thereby improving the production efficiency; in addition, the mold has a simple structure and is convenient to manufacture. |
