In connection with configuring a discharge cover of a cosmetic refill container, which comprises a container body and a cover, and which comprises a cosmetic containing space formed on the container body, the discharge cover comprises: a covering provided above the cosmetic containing space; a mesh plate having tiny holes formed thereon so as to discharge a cosmetic product; and at least one tension support piece separately provided between the covering and the mesh plate so as to connect the covering and the mesh plate to each other and to support the same.
