摘要

A preparation method of recombining and expressing lysine-specific endoprotease in Pichia pastoris. The method comprises: optimizing, according to a codon preference of a yeast, a gene sequence of a lysine-specific endoprotease; constructing a recombination expression vector containing the optimized gene and genetically engineered bacteria; and fermenting and generating a recombined lysine-specific endoprotease.
