The present invention relates to an underground pipeline spacer having a location detection means mounted therein, which comprises: a body including an insertion hole formed at the center thereof so as to receive and support an underground pipeline, an opening formed in the lower portion of the insertion hole, and a plurality of fixing protrusions formed on the inner surface of the insertion hole and protruding in a direction parallel to the ground; and a location detection means which is disposed in a receiving space provided in the upper portion of the body.
