The invention relates to a needle valve for controlling of fluid flow of a coating medium (H, SL) in a coating system, in particular for controlling a flow of a two-component mixture of two coating medium components (H, SL), in particular a two-component lacquer made of an original lacquer (SL) and a hardener (H), having a valve seat (7) and a displaceable valve needle (4) having a needle shaft and a needle head (5), wherein the needle head (5) closes the valve seat (7) in a closed position of the valve needle (4), whereas the needle head (5) exposes the valve seat (7) in an open position of the valve needle (4). According to the invention a flexible diaphragm (18) is present, which surrounds the valve needle (4) upstream of the needle head (5) annularly and in a sealing manner. |
